What makes our product line unique is our ability to provide standard parts as well as custom solutions and bearing assemblies. CCTY Bearing’s concentration is to the larger original equipment manufacturer. Key industries include agricultural and construction, recreational vehicle, material handling, axle mfg, lawn and garden, and cylinder mfg.
We are accepting resumes for strategic sales managers for the Canadian and Mexican markets.
Major responsibilities include:
-Devising a sales plan that meets or exceeds sales targets and then achieving the goals.
-Establishing new business by directly contacting potential customers to establish brand awareness/choice.
-Provide product knowledge, unique selling features and bearing solution options to customers.
-Bachelor degree (engineering preferred, but not required)
-Three or more years in of successful bearing sales experience required
-Strong aptitude for mechanical applications
-An understanding of motion control, bearings and design application
-Ability to negotiate and close projects
-Ability to travel up to 25%
-Ability to enter large OEM’s and introduce the product line
-Must be highly motivated and goal oriented
The position is a salary plus commission and bonus. All major benefits including a 401k contribution plan.
